Scott Whitlock

President Whitlock is a 16 year veteran of the fire service. He currently serves as Deputy Chief of the Lakes of the Four Seasons Fire Force, leading a combination department to success. Da Region F.O.O.L.S. is a an idea brought to life by President Whitlock, who believed there to be a disconnect in our area. He wanted more networking and brotherhood. He loves the job as there's always new things to learn and skills to acquire.

Scott Kleckner

Vice President Kleckner is a 15 year member of the fire service, currently serving as a Lieutenant. He's a former police officer, also serving as a 911 dispatcher. Brother Kleckner is a large believer in setting a standard of a solid culture in the fire house. He believes it should be about "the men, the apparatus, the house," in that order. He loves the brotherhood above all else. After numerous conversations with President Whitlock, he made starting this chapter a mission. He resides with his wife Morgan, who he met through the fire service, and their three children.

John Jarka

Treasurer Jarka is a 34 year fire service veteran, rising to a Career Chief before retirement, still serving as a volunteer at a neighboring department. Treasurer Jarka has always been interested in the F.O.O.L.S; the brotherhood and sisterhood, providing for not only our members but also the community. "We, firefighters, are by nature fixers and helpers, so it's only natural we want to spend time with like minded F.O.O.L.S." John can be found spending what little down time he has with wife Christy, daughter Katie, and the joys of his life granddaughters Ella and Emilia.

Justin Flanery

Approaching 10 years of service, Secretary Flanery serves as a Lieutenant and treasurer of the Hebron Fire Department. To Brother Flanery, the F.O.O.L.S. embrace everthing that is great about the fire service. Brotherhood, Camaraderie, and training is what he loves. He lives by the quote, "I am not here for me, I am here for we, and we are here for THEM." Brother Flanery is a husband to Jolene and father to Amelia.

Todd Bennett

Education Chair Bennett is a Division Chief with the Crown Point Fire Department with 16 years of service. Brother Bennett is responsible for organizing and heading up training opportunities for Da Region F.O.O.L.S. He enjoys being apart of something much bigger than any one individual, being on a united front and "denying the MUTS while doing it all for the men and protecting thy brother. It's not just a brotherhood, it's family."

Jeremy Gettler

Brother Gettler has served for 20 years, currently a leader of men as Chief of the Kouts Fire Department. He holds a deep respect of the traditions, training, and brotherhood. He wanted to create a F.O.O.L.S. chapter to preserve pride, knowledge, and aggressive firefighting tactics. "The brotherhood of the service is unlike anything else, and being apart of this organization that strengthens that bond is something I'm proud of." Brother Gettler is a husband to Brianna, and father to 2 boys.

Kevin LaDuke

Brother LaDuke has 30 years of service, holding every rank from Cadet to Fire Chief. Currently Brother LaDuke is a FF/PM for Crown Point FD. He is a firm believer in servant leadership and placing the mission, others, and department well being before oneself. He sought creating a F.O.O.L.S. chapter as he respects the rich history and legacy of those who came before us, and he desires to remain focused to progressing the service through training. "Leadership and learning are indispensable to eachother." Brother LaDuke is a husband to Nikki and Dad to Grayson and Harrison (future F.O.O.L.S.).
